Claire Erasmus, is the founding director of the firm. She brings a unique blend of expertise of both architecture and law to the practice,  with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture from Nelson Mandela University. This academic pursuit has instilled in her a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Driven by her desire to expand her horizons and delve deeper into the legal aspects of property, Claire pursued and successfully completed her LLB at Stellenbosch University. Claire's dedication to her craft is evidenced by her admission as an Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary.

Her multifaceted expertise allow her to navigate the complexities of the law with precision and professionalism. Whether it is facilitating smooth property transactions, providing expert legal advise or ensuring the integrity of legal documents, Claire's attention to detail and commitment to excellence shine through in every aspect of her work.
